1. Order processing
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email using the email address provided at checkout.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volumes, public holidays, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
If there is an issue with your order, we may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at checkout.
2. Delivery details
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery details are complete and accurate when placing your order.
Please check your name, delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone number carefully before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.
If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stowform.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
3. Shipping locations
We currently ship to selected international destinations, including the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Available shipping destinations, methods and costs may vary depending on your delivery address, product availability and fulfilment arrangements.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver to your address.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free standard delivery on qualifying orders in selected locations. Any available free delivery threshold will be shown on our website or at checkout at the time you place your order.
Free delivery thresholds may change from time to time and are calculated based on the order value after any discounts have been applied, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund relates to an error on our part.
5. Where orders ship from
Stowform products are made by specialist manufacturing partners in China and shipped directly to you with full door-to-door tracking.
This allows us to offer a wider range of colours and set sizes while keeping product quality and pricing consistent. Every order is trackable from dispatch through to delivery.
Each order is checked by our fulfilment team before it leaves the warehouse, helping ensure your set arrives in the condition it should.
6. Delivery times
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only.
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, supplier delays, stock availability, weather disruption, public holidays, local postal issues or other logistical issues.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Order tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched or once tracking details become available.
Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us at hello@stowform.com and we will investigate where possible.
8. Split shipments
Some orders may be sent in separate parcels, particularly where items are fulfilled from different locations or become available at different times.
If your order is split into more than one shipment, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations and tracking details.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
9. Customs, duties and taxes
The prices shown on our website are intended to be fully landed for the delivery locations we make available at checkout.
This means that, where applicable, customs duties, import taxes and similar charges should be included in the price or delivery arrangement shown at checkout, rather than being charged separately to you on delivery.
If an unexpected customs, duty, tax or courier charge is requested from you in relation to your order, please contact us at hello@stowform.com before making payment where possible, and we will review the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import processing or local authorities, but we will assist where reasonably possible if an issue arises.
If you refuse delivery without contacting us first, or if a parcel is returned to us because you did not provide requested delivery information or failed to follow courier instructions, we may deduct any costs incurred by us from any refund due, unless prohibited by law.
10. Failed deliveries and uncollected parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive it, the courier may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point.
It is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery within the required timeframe.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was uncollected, refused, or could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, we may deduct any delivery, return or handling costs from any refund due.
If you would like the order resent, additional shipping costs may apply.
11. Lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@stowform.com with your order number and delivery details.
We may ask you to check with other members of your household, neighbours, building reception, local delivery office or courier collection point.
Where a parcel appears to be lost, we will investigate with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner. We may need to wait for the courier investigation to complete before offering a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier where there is evidence of delivery to the address provided, unless required by law.
12. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@stowform.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and damaged product.
This helps us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
13. Pre-orders and backorders
If we offer products on a pre-order or backorder basis, the estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe will be shown on the product page or at checkout where possible.
Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, fulfilment, supplier or shipping delays.
If there is a significant delay, we will aim to update you using the contact details provided with your order.
